Hehe, I saw Deus's Lineart, and had to color it. >:3
What a pretty witch~ 8D
I did this while I was waiting on mom to pick me up yesterday... colored in Sai, stars, clouds, and text added in Photoshop.
I decided to break away from traditional Halloween colors, since Deus is a pretty witch, broken from the traditional hideous ones.

Did you make use of the airbrush over a photo of clouds ? And those trailing coloured lights, is it an effect of Photoshop ? Tell me please...
